PAYMENT
Dear Monday accepts payment from Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Your credit card details are collected using an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) secured server. Your credit card will not be charged until the package is ready to be shipped.

SALES TAX:
California residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax.

MINIMUM ORDER:
We've set a small minimum order of $7.50. That includes tax and shipping.

SHIPPING:
All items in stock are shipped within 3 days of purchase. If there is ever a delay or item is not in stock we'll notify you and let you know when item will be shipped. Orders within the US are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority, depending on weight.

RETURNS:
We are confident that you'll love our products. If you are unhappy and want to return the products (in its original condition), please contact us within 10 days to request a refund or exchange. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the package back. Once we receive the package, we'll let you know and issue a refund or exchange it for something else. Shipping charges are not refundable though.
Personalized items are not returnable unless it was a mistake on our part. But if you're somehow still not happy, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.
